Scroogies, rhubarb, dingers, fence busters—The Big Show is on. Everyone knows there’s plenty of yelling at a ball field, so feel free to shout “Give me cookies!”

Shows we baseball fans are in luck. An hour of play burns 340 calories per hour.
Okay, that may sound a little low. But baseball does, after all, include a lot of standing around. So 340 ain’t too shabby, and at that rate you can still eat cookies.
Might I suggest the perfect baseball cookie? The Cracker Jack Cookie is caramely, crisy, and full of peanuts. (I’m thinking they could change the song. “Buy me some peanuts and Cracker Jack Cookies…”) A big cookie will cost you 185 calories, so play hard.
Watching baseball only earns you about 90 calories, so get off the bench and flash some leather, sports fans.

Burn it, to Earn it!
