My mom taught me how to make these cookies when I was pretty little. These are a treat we would get every holiday after she was done making her pies for the day. These tasty little cookies were a great hold over before the big meal. I make them for my kids every once in awhile for an afternoon snack. They are so fast and easy.
Ingredients:
Pie dough – you can use homemade or just buy some refrigerated from the store
cinnamon
sugar
butter

Roll the dough up and cut into one inch pieces (use a serrated knife) bake at 375° for 10 minutes (watch your cookies and take them out when they are a golden brown) then cool and eat!
Total time to make – 15 minutes including baking time.
