Here’s what we know…
It’s impossible to live without cookies.
A couple of us tried to cut out cookies and treats for a couple months. It was disasterous, but we learned we are Cookie Athletes. We workout so we can eat cookies.
Instead we are support responsible addictions to cookies and exercise.
At Cookie Athlete we declare that, “Sweat and sweets go hand in hand!” We’ll keep your pantry stocked with gourmet cookies. We’ll stuff your recipe box with all the best cookie recipes and we’ll keep you motivated to get a move on and use the most effective ways to burn calories–because that’s what Cookie Athletes do.
Meet the original Cookie Athletes.
Colette was raised as a Cookie Athlete. Instead of pablum her first food was cookies & milk. As a result she knows all of the best cookie recipes and cookie shops. She also dedicates every afternoon to her run. Thanks to her go-go-gadget arms, Colette rocks it on the volleyball court.
This Cookie Athletes loves all things pink and girlie and well as the deepest, darkest chocolate chip cookies. That means Colette will only eat fruit-based desserts in a pinch. Peach cobbler and key lime pie–no way!
Colette is currently earning a degree in bean counting.
If Ali were crossing the desert, she would still manage to have cookies, candy, and treats aplenty. She’s a good Cookie Athlete to know because not only can she always hook you up with treats, but she also has the world’s best chocolate chip cookie recipe—and she shares.
This Cookie Athlete makes chocolate a daily ritual. She burns her calories by doing aerobics, playing volleyball, and jogging, as well as chasing her kids.
Jennifer loves uphill bike rides. She believes water is magic and often says, “A good swim will cure what ails you”. This Cookie Athlete’s ultimate cookie is oatmeal stuffed with fruit and nuts. If you can believe it, she’s not a big fan of chocolate, and has been known to make chocolate chip cookies without chips.
Once Jennifer ran more than 3 miles she discovered she actually likes running. She’s currently training for a marathon.
In her former life she was a copywriter. Nowadays she reads non-fiction, enjoys cooking, and spends a lot of time jumping on the trampoline with her kids.
